- Calls may be booked through Cal.com.
- Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No guarantee of immediate availability is provided.
4. Fees and Payments
Paid services, where applicable, are agreed in advance in writing. Invoices may be issued according to applicable Italian tax law.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all pre-existing materials, methods, and know-how remain the property of their respective owners. Deliverables ownership and usage rights are defined per project agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website owner is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.
